Coaching

builds awareness, empowers choice and leads to change. In essence, coaching is a way to help you shift in the way you want and help you go in the direction you wish to go. As the coach, I bring my heart and expertise and you bring your full self and a desire to work towards change.

At the HEART of coaching is the relationship we build together to help you achieve your goals. The pulse of this co-creation is unique to each client. We work together to create a plan forward, and then YOU take action. I am your partner throughout the coaching process. As your coach, I am a Champion for Change, a Challenger of Obstacles, a Cheerleader of Choice, a Partner for Chasing Dreams… it all depends on what YOU need throughout the process.

I believe in the power of POSSIBILITY. At the heart of what is possible in your life is YOU and who you want to be.

“When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better, too."

— Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist
